2. Is there any age restriction to rent a car in Cyprus with Sofronis Car Rentals?
Minimum age of driver is 23 years old, provided you hold a driving licence for at least 3 years. Maximum age of driver is 75 years old.

3. Do you provide car delivery and collection everywhere in Cyprus?
Yes, we are able to deliver and collect your rental car at any place inside the Republic of Cyprus including: Limassol city and area, Larnaca airport, Paphos airport, Larnaca city and area, Paphos city and area, Ayia Napa, Protaras and Paralimni.

4. How can I arrange my car booking with Sofronis Car Rentals?
You may use our online booking system or can arrange your booking contacting us by email or phone.

5. What documents do I need to rent a car with Sofronis Car Rentals?
All you need to bring with you are: a valid driving licence for any driver, your ID or passport, and one of the accepted payment methods.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and payments in cash.

7. Is there any extra fee for using my credit/debit card?
No, there is no additional fee for using your credit/debit card.

8. Who is allowed to drive the rental vehicle?
Only the drivers who are referred on the rental agreement are allowed to.

9. Do I have the option to add any additional driver with my car rental?
Yes you may add up to three additional drivers with your car rental.

10. Can I extent my rental in case I will need the car for more time?
Yes, you may ask for a rental extension, but it has to be at least 48 hours prior to the ending of your rental. This is to avoid any availability issues especially during the high season.

11. Can I return the car earlier than the agreed date/time? Is there any refund?
You may return the car earlier, but there will not be any refund.

12. What if I fail to return the car on the agreed date/time?
We offer a 30 minutes grace period, after that time you will be charged according to our daily rental charges.

13. What should I have to do if my rental car breaks down?
In the case of a car break down you may contact us directly whatever the time. According to your issue, you will be given all the necessary instructions.

14. What happens if I get involved in a car accident?
In the unfortunate case of a car accident you must make sure not to move the car, unless instructed by a police officer, and call us immediately to give you all necessary instructions.
